Abstract
Deposition of ferroelectric materials Barium Strontium Titanate (Ba0,75Sr0,25TiO3) have been prepared succesfully by co-precipitation methods. Barium 0,75 strontium 0,25 and titanium tetrabutoxide were homogenized at room temperatures and kept overnight, filtered and made bulk sampels. BST sampels was sintered at 900C by 1 hour and 4 hours. Variation of holding times intended to determine the influence on ferroelectric characteristics of Ba0,75Sr0,25TiO3. Characterization was carried out by X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) instruments with source radiation Cu 1,5406 A° . Sampels were fitted in with International Commision Data Diffraction (ICDD) database and were carried out refinement with rietveld methods by GSAS. The output of refinement is lattice parameters a = b 6= c. On holding times 1 hours a = b = 0,397930 nm dan c = 0,398525 nm and on holding times 4 hours a = b = 0,398440 nm dan c = 0,398870 nm. The electrical constant was carried out on holding times 1 hours and 4 hours, respectively 79 and 119 at frequency 100 KHz .
