Optimasi Parameter Sintesis Nanopartikel TiO2 untuk Dye Sensitized Solar Cell Amalia Puji Winarni, Kusumandari, Ari Handono Ramelan

Abstract
This Research were aimed to optimize structure of TiO2 nanoparticles as an effort to increasing performance of Dye Sensitized Solar Cell (DSSC). Synthesis of TiO2 were using sol-gel method with various time of aging process (6 and 7 days) and various calcination temperature (550 and 6500 C). Result from XRD characterization, 5500 C-7days TiO2 sample has the smallest grain size, 10,30 nm, with anatase phase. And 6500 C-6 days TiO2 sample has the biggest grain size, 15,69 nm, with bi-phase anatase-rutile. Result from measurement using I-V meter Keithley, the highest efficiency 0,09% was from 6500 C-7 days TiO2 sample, and the lowest 0,012% from 5500 C-6 days TiO2 sample.
