Abstrak

Bekasi Terminal is a type A terminal, namely the terminal that serves AKAP (Inter-City Inter-Provincial) and AKDP (Inter-City Within Province) travel. However, user satisfaction with the Bekasi Terminal is still low, the physical function of the terminal is not optimal, the facilities provided are not up to the standards they should be so this can affect the realization of the terminal's own fees. The aim of this research is to measure the performance of terminal facility assets and terminal functions. The results of the research show that several facilities do not meet appropriate standards and several facilities are in a state of disrepair, such as unavailability of parking space for visitors, passenger waiting rooms are inadequate and user responses to most facility services do not have good performance, and terminal productivity is still poor. low category. Therefore, the recommendation is to solve this problem by analyzing the feasibility of Bekasi Terminal passenger facilities as a type A terminal
