Focus and Scope
This journal publishes comprehensive research on the life cycle of infrastructure and facilities. It serves as a platform for analyzing asset management, from initial design concepts to final evaluation.
We invite manuscripts addressing crucial topics, including demand and supply dynamics, user behavior, and maintenance systems. Research is also expected to explore policies, administration, and infrastructure planning frameworks.
Key knowledge areas cover economic and financing aspects of asset development. We also prioritize studies on organizational management, spatial planning, and the environmental impact of facilities.

Submission Guidelines
Follow these steps to submit your manuscript
1 Scope & Originality
JMAIF publishes research focusing on Infrastructure and Facility Asset Management. Manuscripts must be original works of the authors and provide contributions or new findings compared to existing literature. Articles must not have been previously published nor be under review at another journal.
2 Manuscript Format
Articles are limited to 8–16 pages and must be submitted in Microsoft Word, OpenOffice, or RTF format. Manuscripts should be single-spaced using 12-point font size. All illustrations, figures, and tables must be placed within the text, not at the end of the document.
3 Language & References
Manuscripts can be written in Indonesian or English. Authors are required to include at least three primary references to support the research. When available, active URLs of these references must be included in the bibliography.
4 Author Statement
As part of the submission process, authors are required to download and complete the "Author Statement Form." This signed document declares the originality of the work and must be uploaded as a supplementary file during the online submission process.
5 Blind Review Process
To ensure objective and impartial evaluation, this journal implements a blind review system. Before uploading the manuscript, authors must follow the "Ensuring a Blind Review" guidelines to remove all personal identification and metadata from the manuscript file.
