Submission Guidelines
Follow these steps to submit your manuscript
1 Scope & Originality
The IJOCE journal publishes original articles focused on offshore and coastal engineering, science, and technology. Submitted manuscripts must be original, not previously published, and not under consideration by other publishers.
2 Manuscript Preparation
Manuscripts should be written in English, with a length of 6 to 8 full pages and include at least four sections: Introduction, Basic Theory or Methodology, Results and Discussions, and Conclusions. Prepare your paper using the Microsoft Word template provided on the journal website. Provide a concise abstract (up to 200 words) and no more than six keywords.
3 Figures and Tables
Figures and tables must be numbered consecutively, titled, and centered. Tables should use a font size of 9 or smaller and include clear explanations close to their placement in the text. Figures must be high-quality, sharp, and can be in color. Proper citation should be added if borrowed from other sources.
4 Submission Process
Submit your manuscript online via the journal website accompanied by a signed cover letter from the corresponding author stating originality, plagiarism-free status, copyright transfer for open access, and detailed contact information including full name, affiliation, and email.
5 Peer Review and Revision
All manuscripts undergo rigorous peer review based on originality, significance, quality, and accuracy. Authors may be requested to revise their manuscripts. Revisions and responses to reviewer comments are handled through the corresponding author after editorial decisions.
