Submission Guidelines
Follow these steps to submit your manuscript
1Manuscript Preparation
Manuscripts must be written in English and range between 2000 to 7000 words. Authors may prepare their documents using Microsoft Word or LaTeX (using the "article" class). Please download the official submission template to ensure adherence to formatting standards.
2Structure & Abstract
Articles must follow a standard structure: Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, and Conclusion. The abstract should be concise (under 200 words) and must not contain citations, equations, or figures.
3References & Citations
References must follow the IEEE style. Authors are required to use citation management tools such as Zotero or Mendeley. A minimum of 15 references is expected, and active URL links must be provided for all sources where available.
4Visuals & Tables
All figures must be high-resolution (minimum 300 DPI) and submitted in PDF, TIFF, or JPEG format. Tables must be provided as editable text within the document, not as images. Do not embed captions directly into the figure files.
5Submission Checklist
Authors must upload a signed Statement Letter as a supplementary file during submission. Ensure the file is free of author details if a blind review is required, and verify that full author metadata (names, affiliations, emails) is correctly entered into the journal system.
