1. General Manuscript Requirements

a.) The manuscript must be original and free from plagiarism.

b.) The manuscript must not have been previously published in any other journal.

c.) The topic must be relevant to spatial planning.

d.) The manuscript must be formatted in A4 size, using Times New Roman font (size 10) in one column layout.

e.) The manuscript must include at least four sections: Introduction, Research Methods, Results and Discussion, and Conclusion.

f.) References should primarily be from scholarly sources, with a minimum of three cited articles.

g.) Citations must be numbered using Arabic numerals within square brackets (e.g., [1]). Authors are encouraged to use reference management tools such as Mendeley or Zotero.

h.) The manuscript should be between  6-11 pages in length.

i.) A maximum of six tables and six figures is allowed.

 

2. Manuscript Template

Authors must follow the journal’s manuscript template, which is available on the Jurnal Penataan Ruang website. Submissions must be in MS Word format.

 

3. Review Process

Each submitted manuscript will undergo an independent review by at least two reviewers. The decision to accept, request revisions, or reject a manuscript is based on the reviewers’ evaluations.

 

4. Manuscript Revision

If revisions are required, the manuscript will be returned to the authors for modifications. The revised manuscript must be resubmitted to the editorial team for further review and processing.
