No Article Processing Charges (No APC)

There are no hidden fees or mandatory payments associated with manuscript handling or publication.
Separation of Editorial and Financial Processes
The editorial process is fully independent from financial administration.
Under no circumstances shall financial support influence:

- Publication scheduling.
Editorial decisions are based solely on academic merit, methodological rigor, and relevance to the journal's scope.
