0 Journal Objectives
Halal Research Journal (HRJ) is a scientific journal published by the Halal Center Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember Surabaya Indonesia. This journal is accredited SINTA 4. This journal contains scientific papers from Academics, Researchers, and Practitioners about research on halal and shariah. This journal is published twice a year in February and July. The paper is an original script and has a research base on halal and shariah. We accept an article in English only. We invite authors to submit their paper from the original research results, journal reviews, book reviews, and or short communication.

2 Abstract
The abstract should be 100 to 150 words in length. Keywords: provide a maximum 6 keywords, avoiding general and plural terms and multiple concepts (for example: 'and', 'of'). These keyword will be for indexing purposes.
3 Contents
The body content consists of:
1 Introduction
State the objectives of the work and provide an adequate background. Avoiding a detailed literature survey or summary of the results.
2 Materials and methods
2.1 Materials
Provide sufficient detail to allow the work to be reproduced.
2.2 Methods
Methods already published should be indicated by a reference and only relevant modifications should be described.
3 Results and discussion
3.1 Results
Results should be clear and concise.
3.2 Discussion
This part should explore the significance of the results of the work, not repeat them. A combined Results and Discussion section is often appropriate. Avoid extensive citations and discussion of published literature.
4 Figures
It should contain high enough quality for refereeing and please note that individual figure files larger than 10 MB must be uploaded separately. Please convert the images to one of the following formats:
EPS (or PDF): for vector drawings and embed the font or save the text as 'graphics'.
TIFF (or JPG): for color or grayscale photographs (halftones) and use minimum of 300 dpi.
TIFF (or JPG): for bitmapped line drawings and minimum of 1000 dpi is required.
TIFF (or JPG): for combinations bitmapped line/halftone (color or grayscale) and minimum of 500 dpi is required.
5 Tables
Please submit as editable text and not as images. Number tables consecutively in accordance with their appearance in the text and ensure that the data presented in them do not duplicate results described elsewhere in the article.
6 Equations
If your article include equation, please write the equation as editable text using MS Equation Editor and not as images. The equation number is to be placed at the right side.
7 References
Please use Zotero or Mendeley software for cite the reference automatically in the text and references list. The references style is IEEE format.
