Submission Preparation Checklist

Before submitting a manuscript, authors must ensure that the following requirements have been met. Manuscripts that do not meet these requirements may be returned to the authors for revision before the peer review process.

  • The manuscript is original work, has not been previously published, and is not under consideration for publication in another journal.
  • The manuscript is within the focus and scope of the journal.
  • The manuscript has been prepared using the official journal template and follows the Author Guidelines.
  • The file is in the required format (DOCX / LaTeX / PDF, as per journal requirements).
  • The manuscript structure follows the journal format:
    • Title
    • Abstract
    • Keywords
    • Introduction
    • Method
    • Results and Discussion
    • Conclusion
    • References
  • The abstract and keywords are written clearly and reflect the content of the manuscript.
  • All figures and tables:
    • Are cited in the text
    • Have appropriate titles and captions
    • Include the source if adapted from other works
  • All references:
    • Are complete and accurate
    • Are formatted according to the journal's citation style
    • Have been cross-checked with in-text citations
  • The manuscript has been checked for plagiarism and similarity and meets the journal's similarity threshold.
  • The authors agree to the journal's copyright and licensing policies.
