Author Guidelines
Author Guidelines
1 Journal Objectives
The journal publishes original research articles, review articles, and case studies that contribute to the fields of business, management, and technology. Manuscripts are accepted on the strict condition that they are original works, have not been previously published, and are not currently under consideration by other journals or conferences.
2 Review Procedure
All submitted manuscripts undergo a preliminary check by the Editorial Board to ensure they meet the journal's scope and quality standards. Manuscripts passing this stage are subject to a rigorous double-blind peer review process. The Editorial Board reserves the right to accept, reject, or request revisions based on reviewer feedback.
3 Language & Proofreading
Manuscripts must be written in clear, high-quality English. Authors are responsible for ensuring their text has been grammar-checked prior to submission. Manuscripts with significant grammatical errors or poor readability may be rejected without review. Non-native speakers are strongly encouraged to use professional proofreading services.
4 File Format
Submissions must be provided in editable document formats: Microsoft Word (.doc, .docx), OpenOffice (.odt), RTF, or WordPerfect. Please do not submit initial manuscripts in PDF format, as this hinders the review and editing process.
5 Page Layout
To facilitate the review process, please format the manuscript using a standard A4 page setting (210 x 297 mm) with 2.5 cm margins on all sides. Use a standard font (e.g., Times New Roman or Arial), 11pt or 12pt size, and 1.15 or 1.5 line spacing. Pages should be numbered consecutively.
6 Manuscript Structure
Authors should organize their manuscripts in the following order to ensure a logical flow of information:
- Title & Author Data: Include the full title of the manuscript. Below the title, list all authors' full names, affiliations (Department, Institution, City, Country), and ORCID IDs. Clearly designate the Corresponding Author with an email address.
- Abstract: Provide a concise summary (150–250 words) covering the research background, objectives, methodology, key findings, and implications.
- Keywords: List 3–5 keywords immediately following the abstract, arranged alphabetically.
- Introduction: Outline the research background, the specific problem addressed, the gap in existing literature, and the novelty of the current study.
- Literature Review: (Optional but recommended for Business/Management papers) Summary of related works and theoretical frameworks.
- Methodology: Describe the research design, data collection methods, and analytical tools used. This section must be detailed enough to allow replication.
- Results & Discussion: Present the findings clearly using text, tables, and figures. Interpret the results in the context of previous studies and the study's hypotheses.
- Conclusion: Summarize the main contributions, practical implications for industry/society, limitations, and suggestions for future research.
- References: List all sources cited in the text.
7 Tables & Figures
All figures and tables must be numbered with Arabic numerals (e.g., Figure 1, Table 1) and cited in the text. Ensure figures are of high quality (minimum 300 DPI) and tables are editable (not images).
8 References
Authors must ensure that every reference cited in the text is present in the reference list (and vice versa). Please use a standard citation style consistently (e.g., APA 7th Edition is recommended for Business & Social Sciences). Where available, URLs or DOIs must be provided for all references.
