Analisis Pengaruh Konflik Kerja, Tingkat Kepercayaan, dan Kinerja Tim Terhadap Keberhasilan Pelaksanaan Proyek Konstruksi Di Provinsi Jawa Timur

Abstract

In the process of implementing construction projects in East Java Province, there is potential
for issues that can cause work conflicts, which in turn can affect the level of trust and team
performance, there by impacting the success of the project. The purpose of this research is to
investigate the relationship and impact of each variable on project success. A review of
prior research is the first step in this study in order to determine the factors and indicators.
Then, in order to gather primary data, a questionnaire was created. The SEM-PLS method is
used in this study. The research results show that the work conflict variable has a negative
and significant direct impact on the trust level variable, then the trust level variable has a
positive and significant direct impact on the team performance variable, while the team
performance variable has a positive and significant direct impact on the project success
variable.
