Abstract

Construction activities carry high risks, one of which is in the aspect of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) this research discusses the analysis of risk factors for occupational health and safety (OHS) in the Mall Building Construction Project in Bekasi using the HIRARC and Bowtie Analysis methods. The purpose of this analysis is to identify and analyze OHS risks related to the Mall Building Construction Project in Bekasi, as well as to determine effective controls to reduce risks and improve the eddectiveness of the safety system. Risk identification is carried out based on observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The risk is assessed based on observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The risk is assessed based on its likelihood and severity, which is then used to determine the risk level. The HIRARC and Bowtie method are effective in identifying and assessing complex OHS risks, as well as determining effective controls to reduce those risks. From the research result, it was fpund that several factors causing occupational accidents in the Mall Building Construction Project in Bekasi include 22% human error, 26% unsafe environmental conditions, 19% not using complete PPE, and 33% due to lack of supervision.
