Konsep Pemilihan Kriteria Fasilitas Umum dan Sosial Pada Perumahan Berkelanjutan

Abstract

The process of developing public facilities and social facilities required strategic preparation plans in selecting project priorities for each housing development. Decisions that are preceded by change control are complex problems, whereas studies on the subject are very rarely found, either in the practice that generate facts about the steps taken, or the factors that underlie and influence decision making process, including the development of alternatives. This study aims to approach the concept of optimization and decision support in the priority selection of public facilities and social facilities. The results of the research are expected to contribute to managerial decision making and design in developing public facilities and social facilities in a sustainable urban built environment.
