Abstract

In 2020, there has been a landslide on the Bts Road Section. Regency. North Konawe/ Kab. Konawe – Pohara Km 29+300 to Km 29+800. the location of the most severe landslides occurred at Km 29+800 where almost half of the road is impassable for vehicles. At present the location has been temporarily handled by stockpiling soil reinforced with a crevice. As a mitigation effort to find appropriate treatment at the location of the landslide, this research was carried out to determine the safety factor for the stability of the slopes of the road body due to the influence of the Konaweha River flood and the consequences of traffic loads. The results of the simulation carried out, changes in safety factor due to changes in river water level. There is an increase in the value of the safety factor when the river water level rises. In addition, there will be a decrease in the value of the safety factor when the river water level drops suddenly (rapid drawdown) with the lowest SF value being 1.06 for the assumption of using native soil parameters. Meanwhile, if the crack soils approach is used, in the drawdown condition the lowest SF value is 0.15 so there is a high probability of landslides
