After hard and tedious efforts for a year of Covid 19 pandemic, finally the third volume
of JIFAM can be published as JIFAM, Volume 3, Issue 1, April 2021. In this issue, we have &
international papers from Nigeria and Malaysia.
In the year 2021, the JIFAM will be published 3 times a year, on April, August and
December.

Indonesia has a program to move its capital from Jakarta to East Kalimantan. It is a huge
program and very rich of IFAM problems. Therefore, this is an excellent case study for
developing the knowledge and science of IFAM. Started from JIFAM 2(1), JIFAM publishes
paper related to capital relocation cases. JIFAM invites authors from all over the world to
