Submission Procedure
Submission Procedure
1. Registration and Login
Manuscripts must be submitted through the journal’s online submission system. Authors are required to have an active user account with the Author role.
- Authors who do not yet have an account should select Register and complete the registration form.
- Registered users may select Login and access their Dashboard.
Please ensure that the registered email address is active and valid, as all editorial correspondence will be communicated via the system and email.
2. Submission Workflow
The submission process consists of four main steps. Authors are advised to prepare all required files and metadata before starting the submission.
Step 1 — Start
At this stage, authors are required to:
- Select the appropriate Journal Section.
- Review and agree to the Submission Preparation Checklist.
- Confirm compliance with the journal’s policies (e.g., originality, publication ethics, copyright).
- Provide Comments for the Editor, including the names, affiliations, and email addresses of three potential reviewers with relevant expertise in the manuscript topic.
Only submissions that meet the checklist requirements may proceed to the next step.
Step 2 — Upload Submission
Authors must upload the following files:
- The main manuscript file, prepared according to the journal template.
- Additional files (if applicable), such as:
- Cover letter
- Supplementary materials or datasets
- Ethical approval documents
- High-resolution figures
Each file should be uploaded using the appropriate file category provided by the system.
Step 3 — Enter Metadata
Authors must complete the submission metadata accurately and completely, including:
- Manuscript title
- Abstract
- Keywords (3–5 keywords, arranged alphabetically, in accordance with the Author Guidelines)
- Author information: names (without academic titles), affiliations, and email addresses
- Identification of the corresponding author
Important notes:
- All communication regarding manuscript revision and final editorial decisions will be sent only to the corresponding author.
- Authors must ensure consistency between the manuscript file and the metadata entered in the system to support proper indexing and citation.
- For authors with single-word names, name repetition may be required in the metadata for indexing purposes.
Step 4 — Confirmation
Authors should carefully review all uploaded files and entered metadata. Once confirmed, select Finish Submission to complete the submission process. A confirmation notice will be displayed, and the submission will appear in the author’s Dashboard.
3. After Submission
After successful submission:
- Authors may monitor the manuscript status through the Dashboard (e.g., Submission, Review, Copyediting, Production).
- The editorial team will conduct an initial screening to assess scope suitability, completeness, formatting, and compliance with journal policies.
Manuscripts that pass the initial screening will proceed to the peer review process in accordance with the journal’s review policy.
4. Support and Assistance
For technical issues related to the online submission system (such as account access, file upload problems, or notification issues), authors are encouraged to contact the journal management team using the contact information provided on the journal website.
