Abstrak

Sertifikasi halal self-declare merupakan wujud komitmen pemerintah yang dijabarkan oleh BPJH untuk memfasilitasi sertifikasi halal non-risk menjelang tahun 2024. Produk UMKM memiliki relatif sederhana terhadap bahan dan proses produksi, namun demikian pengolahan dan proses pembuatannya tetap rentan terhadap titik kritis yang tetap harus diberi penjelasan. Dari 20 pelaku UMKM peserta pendampingan dilakukan dengan cara tatap muka, wawancara secara langsung dan tidak langsung untuk mengetahui tentang pelaksanaan 1) kebijakan halal; 2) bahan dan melaksanakan prosedur terhadap bahan yang digunakan untuk produksi; 3) melaksanakan prosedur proses produk halal; 4) serta melaksanakan audit internal secara berkala. Tujuan pemantauan dan edukasi kepada UMKM ini adalah menguatkan dan memberikan penyuluhan terhadap 4 kriteria dokumen SJH yang diperlukan dalam mengurus sertifikasi halal tipe self-declare. Target dari kegiatan ini adalah agar jenis produk-produk UMKM ini dapat melakukan kesiapan secara berkelanjutan pre-sertifikasi sampai pasca-sertifikasi dalam melaksanakan tatacara melaksanakan prosedur halal untuk produk ini. Dari ananlisa faktual 3 UMKM telah mendapatkan sertifikasi halal, 6 UMKM telah kadaluarsa sertifikasi halalnya dengan masa sertifikat 2 tahun dan akan/sedang mengajukan sertifikasi halal self-declare, sedangkan 11 UMKM belum pernah mengajukan sertifikasi halal.

With the abilities that I have and from the level of education I have passed, I have the
visibly to develop sensors and therapeutic tools in the field of Medical Physics and
Biophysics. In the last 3 years, several papers have been published in conference
journals related to the field that I am currently working on, as well as several
manuscripts that are being revised which will differentiate and have diversity in this
field of research.

Retno Asih currently works at Department of Physics, Institut Teknologi Sepuluh
Nopember. She is also a visiting scientist at RIKEN Japan since she graduated from
Osaka University in 2018. Her research interests include condensed matter physics,
magnetic materials, carbon-based compounds, and muon spectroscopy. She is
actively doing collaboration works with international research institutions, such as
RIKEN and SLRI-Thailand. She is passionate about teaching and encouraging
students come to love the act of learning.

Malik A. BAqiya is research interest is focusing on single and nano-crystal syntheses for intrinsic
physical properties in oxides and non-oxides, including High-Tc Superconductors and
graphene oxides as well as their derivatives. The future topics are developing antiradar materials and multiferroic films, and "green" synthesis, characterization, and
applications of photovoltaic and renewable materials.

Agus Rubiyanto, Born in Surabaya, June 19, 1965. Graduated with a Bachelor of Physics
from the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Institut Teknologi Sepuluh
Nopember 1988, Masters in Optoelectronics and Laser Applications, University of
Indonesia 1993, Dr.rer.nat. Applied Physics, University of Paderborn 2000. Assistant
Professor at the University of Paderborn (1998-2000), Deputy Education and Cultural
Attaché of the Indonesian Embassy in Berlin (2006-2009), ITS Professor of Integrated
Optics in 2007. Education and Cultural Attache of the Indonesian Embassy in Berlin (2012-
2016) and the Dean of the Faculty of Science at ITS (2017-2019). Chair of the Information
and Communication Technology Cluster, Indonesian Professors Association (API) (2000-
2024) and Chair of the Fundamental Science Research Center, Directorate of Research
and Community Service ITS (2000-2024). Member of the South East Asian Federation for
Medical Physics.
