Submission Guidelines

Follow these steps to submit your manuscript

1 Scope & Originality

Manuscripts must be original works that have not been previously published, covering the fields of Product Design, Visual Communication Design, Interior Architecture, or Design Management. Papers must not be under consideration by other media during the review process.

2 Manuscript Formatting

Submit files in Microsoft Word format with images in JPEG format. The layout must use Times New Roman 10pt font, single spacing, and two-column format. Manuscript length should be between 4 to 8 pages.

3 Language & Structure

Articles must be written in standard Indonesian. The writing structure includes a concise Title, Author Information (without academic titles), Introduction, Methodology, Results, and Conclusion. An abstract must be provided in both English and Indonesian.

4 References & Keywords

Include 4 to 5 keywords sorted alphabetically. The bibliography must cite relevant and current sources. Authors must ensure that all citations in the text correspond to the bibliography.

5 Submission & Fees

Manuscripts must be submitted through the online portal and must strictly follow the official journal template. Jurnal Desain IDEA is open-access and does not charge submission or processing fees.
