PLTB Performance Monitoring and 1-Phase Motor Damage Detection on Sewage Pumps on Ships with Current and Vibration Analysis

Abstract
This research aims to design a system for monitoring the performance of ship's Wind Power Plants (PLTB) and IoT-based single-phase electric motor damage detection. The motor monitoring uses real-time current, piezoelectric vibration, and temperature sensors to detect overload, abnormal vibrations, and temperature rises. The ESP32 microcontroller processes sensor data for display via LCD and IoT. PLTB wind turbines are designed to be adaptive to withstand extreme sea weather to optimize energy. The test evaluates the reliability of the system's response in detecting potential early motor damage through fixed and dynamic measurements. The results show that this system is able to improve the operational efficiency of ships, reduce the risk of sudden damage, optimize renewable energy, and improve overall ship safety through effective periodic monitoring
