Pelatihan Pengembangan Web Interaktif Etnosains Untuk Meningkatkan Penjualan Produk UKM Al Manshurien

Abstrak
Pelatihan pengembangan web interaktif berbasis etnosains dirancang untuk membantu UKM Al Manshurien Desa Gili Timur Bangkalan dalam meningkatkan hasil penjualan produk kerajinan tangan. Permasalahan yang ditemui terbatasnya akses pemasaran produk sehingga penjualan produk rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) meningkatkan literasi digital pelaku UKM melalui pelatihan berbasis praktik, (2) memfasilitasi pengembangan web interaktif dengan konten etnosains yang merepresentasikan nilai budaya lokal, dan (3) mengevaluasi dampak pelatihan terhadap pengetahuan, keterampilan, serta hasil penjualan produk. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan pre-test dan post-test pada 10 peserta pelatihan. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi, serta dianalisis menggunakan teknik Miles & Huberman (2014) dengan dukungan perangkat lunak NVivo untuk menjaga kredibilitas. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada aspek pengetahuan digital (N-Gain 0,85 kategori tinggi), keterampilan praktis dalam desain web (N-Gain 0,84 kategori tinggi), serta peningkatan penjualan produk sebesar 21,94% dalam tiga bulan pascapelatihan. Simpulan kegiatan ini menegaskan bahwa pelatihan pengembangan web interaktif etnosains dapat meningkatkan penjualan produk UKM Al Manshurien dengan memperkuat identitas budaya lokal sekaligus memperluas akses pasar. Implikasi penelitian ini mendukung implementasi Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka dalam konteks pemberdayaan masyarakat dan membuka peluang penelitian lanjutan terkait integrasi teknologi digital dengan kearifan lokal.
