This policy ensures that the Intellectual Property (IP) rights of authors, reviewers, and the journal are respected and protected.
1. Ownership of Manuscripts
- Authors retain copyright over their work but grant the journal a license to publish and distribute the article.
- Authors must confirm that their manuscript does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
2. License to Publish
- By submitting a manuscript, authors grant the journal an exclusive or non-exclusive license to publish and distribute the article in any format (print, online, etc.).
3. Plagiarism and Fair Use
- Authors must ensure that their work is original and properly cite all sources.
- Any form of plagiarism is strictly prohibited. Proper permissions must be obtained for any third-party content included in the manuscript.
4. Handling IP Disputes
- The journal will investigate any claims of intellectual property infringement.
- Authors must cooperate with the journal if there are any disputes related to IP rights.
5. Open Access
- If the journal follows an open-access model, the articles will be freely available to the public, but authors still retain the copyright.
